1. Membership Subscription

The Company will review and process your refund request promptly, and if eligible you will receive the refunded amount via the original payment method used for the purchase.
 

3.3.3. Eligibility: The 14-day money-back guarantee is available to all new Members who have subscribed to the Membership for the first time. Refund requests made after the Refund Period will not be eligible for a refund.

You understand that the Company is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or as a result of your participation in such activities.
 

4.3.3. No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses, including but not limited to personal injury, bodily harm, emotional distress, or any other damages arising from or in connection with your participation in the Membership or any activities associated with it.
 

4.3.4. Professional Advice: The Content provided as part of the Membership is for educational purposes only and is not intended to replace professional medical advice. You should consult with qualified professionals, such as healthcare providers, before attempting any new physical activities or if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
 

4.3.5. 5.3. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
